For the return policy, german and EU law applies.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving of the goods without naming any reason.
Please note that you don’t have to right to cancel the purchase of the goods if a seal applied to them for hygienic reasons has been removed.

The best way to do this is to send us an email (support@science-for-health.com) stating your order number.

You will then receive instructions on how to return the goods to us. Within Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we will cover the costs of the return shipment. Outside of these countries, you must cover these costs yourself.

After returning the goods, we will refund the full purchase amount via your original payment method.
